14.4 While we aim to deliver within 48 working hours, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Remote or less accessible areas may experience longer delivery times (up to 5 working days).

15. Order Cancellations

17. Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

17.1 We are unable to source the product within 7–10 business days.

17.2 The product is defective upon arrival.

17.3 The product is lost during delivery.

17.4 The product cannot be repaired.

17.5 Refunds on promotional items will reflect the promotional pricing.

17.6 Refunds are processed once payment is reversed by the issuing bank, typically in the next billing cycle.

17.7 If all items from an order are returned, we will refund the delivery fee. Partial returns may not qualify for a full delivery refund.

17.8 Products must be returned with all original packaging intact.

17.9 A 7-day money-back guarantee applies if the product is unopened and in resalable condition. Shipping and transaction fees may be deducted.

25. Standard E-Coupon Terms & Conditions

25.1 Use of E-Coupons

• These E-Coupon Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the general Terms of Use and govern the use of promotional electronic coupons (“E-Coupons”) issued by atlasstore.online.
• E-Coupons are valid only on atlasstore.online and cannot be redeemed in any physical retail stores or on other websites.
• To redeem an E-Coupon, enter the provided code during checkout. Additional eligibility criteria may apply, and proof of qualification may be required.
• By using an E-Coupon, you agree to be bound by these terms.
• atlasstore.online reserves the right to modify or cancel any E-Coupon at any time without notice.

25.2 Distribution of E-Coupons
